Brokoli Nasıl Haşlanır


***Kaynama noktasına gelen   suyun içine brokoliler atılır.
Yaklaşık 5 dakika tutulur. ( çok pişmiş  veya az pişmiş zevke göre ayarlanmalıdır. Brokoli  çok çabuk haşlanan, dağılan bir sebzedir)

**Bir kasede soğuk su hazırlanır.
**Çıkan sebzeler hemen  soğuk suya  alınır
*Daha sonra süzdürülür, servise hazırlanır.

*sarımsaklı yoğurtlu veya sarımsaklı sirke sosu ile sunulur.
